Elevator with automatic door, door system will often produce various faults, affect the normal operation of the elevator. Take the XPM elevator as an example.

1. Elevators are not allowed to close or open.

maintenance and elimination method: (1) control circuit fuse 1 rd, 2 rd or door machine circuit fuse 11 rd too loose or fusing, tighten or replace; (2) the door machine transmission belt slip, tensioning belt or replacement; (3) the door motor DM damage, with a multimeter M3, M4 dc voltage is 110V, and the door machine does not turn, the motor damage, to repair or replace; (4) door machine resistance RMD wire fault, replace the resistance RMD; (5) the door crane circuit individual connection endpoint (M1 or M2 or M3 or M4) loose off, tighten the line smooth; 6 in the base station with the key can not open, close the door, if the 22, 24 points short, elevator close or 22, 32 short, elevator open the door, the hall key switch DYK contact bad or broken. If the contact is bad, clean it with anhydrous alcohol and adjust the contact spring sheet. If the contact is broken, replace DYK.

 

 

Maintenance and elimination method: (1) two-level door limit switch 2KM damage, so that the door relay JKM can not get power, elevator can not open the door. Check and confirm that it can open the door, indicating that 2KM is damaged, replace 2KM; (2) relay JKM is damaged, replace JKM; (3) open the door electrical circuit fault, such as the operation of the relay JYT normally closed contact is not working, give the exclusion; (4) open area permanent magnet relay (commonly known as dry reed tube) is damaged, so that the open control relay JMQ cannot be closed, its normally open contact is still disconnected, the relay JKM cannot get electricity, and cannot open the door, replace the open area permanent magnet relay.

 

 

3. Press the close button and the door is closed.
